Terrible service - Delayed

I ordered medicine for my parents on 13 December. As soon as we placed the order we got a call from one of their agents forcing us to replace medicine with ones they prefer(probably to get better commissions). This was a terrible experience. Than after that they mentioned order will be received between 17-21 dec. since than the only way to connect to these people is through their chat bot who gives standard answers. It’s been more than 2 weeks but no sight of the medicine. Never again ordering from PharmEasy.

Paid the amount online and product showing deliverd but i didnt revieved yet

I have orderd for a medicine and paid the money by UPI, Now the product is showing delivered but i didnt recieve the product, when i call the costumer care they told they will resolve the issue in 48hrs, but still after 48hrs there is no resolution, really bad experience.
