Delayed delivery

Oct 14 supposed to get my Order delivered, but didn’t. I am leaving this country so ordered it according thinking that I will get by that time or may be delay in 2 days. But it’s Oct 18 . I called the customer service,!fast line , they are just assuring but nothing been done, delivery guy is calling since two days asking location and I gave him the information still delaying it. I msgd them on WhatsApp, they opened my msg but not replying. This is like too much. I feel like to raise a complaint against this for delayed delivery. Aramex was better . Totally disappointed, m leaving this country didn’t do any packing due to their delay.

Impolite employee insulting a customer

I can’t believe how a delivery company like you doesn't provide her staff a card machine EDC at least inform in the caption only cash payment
Secondly how dare the delivery guy Carl telling me go to ATM and withdraw money and he didn’t not look at me or gave me care just using the mobile and talking to me like that this is impolite and bad experience to the customer if you are hiring this type of human even him was complaining about you ( his company) not giving him a card machine and poor company
In the last I just asked him if he can leave the shipment and tomorrow he can come to take cash he said No I will not give instead to say unfortunately I’m sorry it’s not possible my good he messed up my mood I’m really disappointed on you I got very bad experience because of this rude guy in my country this kind of impolite people don’t get hired in order not to be the cause of loss of credibility and good reputation.

Poorest services

The worst delivery in Dubai. They didn’t deliver to me my parcel and submitted in the system as it was delivered. I sent them hundreds of emails regarding my parcel and they just ignoring me. Seems as they lost it or gave to someone else and now only trying to avoid any communication with me. By the way I didn’t receive any confirmation sms or WhatsApp about receiving my order and didn’t sign any delivery invoice that was proved that they had never delivered my parcel to me.
I advice never use their service in the future as there are so many other good companies who are client oriented and have a proper communication and customer support!
Will open a legal complaint against this services as it was very important parcel
