Best Fasting Tracker Ever

App is simple, user-friendly and really helpful! Especially when you want to track your fasting period and eating period. App is intuitive and smart. Don’t look for anything else. It also has some tips for beginners. I want to go Premium but no budget. Maybe next time. Then I can give a more comprehensive review regarding the Premium subscription too. All in all, this is worth installing. Good job to the developers of this app and keep it up!

Good app, could do with some improvements

Overall, it works but a couple of things
1. It’s not as intuitive as the developers believe it to be. Onboarding could be better
2. Apple Watch app - marking start and end of fast doesn’t update the app. I clicks on end fast on the app and later opened my phone to find that it was still tracking the fast
3. Would be nice to allow users to define target fasting durations (eg 20h) and trigger an in-app notification when the target is hit, and even encourage the user to push an extra hour (user-defined)

Regarding the inconsistency of fasting status between Apple Watch and iPhone, have you clicked the "Save" button after clicking on End fasting in the APP on Apple Watch? If you didn't click the "Save" button, the timer will continue to run.

Currently you can use the weekly plan on the Plan page to customize the duration of fasting. After choosing a suitable plan, you can click "✏️Edit" on the Details item to adjust your fasting time and save it. The app will send a notification when the fast is over.

If you still have questions about this, you can contact us via "Me > Settings > Feedback" in the APP. We will provide you with targeted help.

Superb app

I just love this app so much! It helps me track my water consumption daily! And it gives lots info about fasting! As a beginner it really helps me understand the stages during fasting! I just hope i can get free daily menu and other tips / info about fasting and keto
