The best app ever

I’m so thankful for this app ,
First it’s very easy to order and everything you can imagine in this app and if you want something you just suggest the product to them by email and so far I didn’t find any app like them because my area is so far so many apps doesn’t reach it but them come without any problem finally I hope they have a wonderful life because they make my life way easier but the if they make the cash option available I will be so happy

The Best APP for grocery orders EVER

I never heard about Kibsons previously... But I got a recommendation on Twitter from somwone who tried their service.

I installed the app for some time ( without ordering). So I was looking for something online and found some results on Google from Kibsons. So I decided to make an order to try.

Astonishingly! Their service is beyond great. The prices are unmatched. The fruits arrived fresh AND insanely fast.

I got excited and made another order two days later for more items. The delivery was fast too.

If you are looking for great grocery shopping app. This is it.. Look no where else.

If you count on urgent delivery, look elsewhere

I have ordered fast delivery and paid for it. Not only I didn’t received the order within the promised 2 hours, but the driver hadn’t left to deliver 2hours and 15 after I placed the order. Meanwhile my order was promptly tagged as delivered. After raising a complaint with their customer service all I got was “the driver might be come to reach in an hour” and “we will convey your feedback to the management”. Needless to say with this delay my cooking plans for dinner are totally spoilt.
I’ve been using Kibsons since Covid time, not so often anymore. It’s been more or less ok experience but the considering how many other quick delivery services are out there, I doubt I’ll count on them.
