App is so much better

The app is so much better now. More organized and easy to use. Was able to select products easily and place the order. The order was fast.

Delivery issue

Very bad experience with a delivery service. As I am a regular customer with you for a years now and when ever set an online order the delivery keep calling me for a location and it’s already set in my order . They don’t know the area’s, the name of streets!!! I don’t know how they are working as a delivery persons . And also I set an online time to come throw they came very very late some times @ 8:30 9:00 pm . And that’s too late for us . There is a kids at home and there is an early sleeping time . So it’s really disturbing us .
By the way we are a regular customer for other online supermarkets. We never had any problems like this . Only this happens with your delivery .

I did complain many times before for the same issue but it didn’t work. No change happen.

Online purchase is simply a waste of time from this supermarket.

I wasted my whole morning trying to find the products I needed. What sense does it make that in order to find all the products I need, I have to for some on the web and for some on the app?

Also the minimum amount for free delivery is different depending on where you order: on the web or on the app! It’s a joke! what sense does that make! And finally I managed to get an answer about the delivery charge only after 3 pm on the day of the discount! And the discount was only untill 3 pm... bravo! Amazing online shopping experience!
