I would like to commend your team member (Ebtihal)and appreciation to her for having great immeasurable service that she’ve done, Ebtihal service quality is above my expectations and beyond the skills that her had was way beyond farther, her knowledge of upselling and sales expertise was absolutely outstanding. You have potentially incline with what your work required and by creating great moments to everyone was amazing and thats shows your hard- The level of service is extremely high. Ebtihal was incredibly helpful and professional . She was amazing and friendly staff and atmosphere, especially , we had a few specific requests regarding size and color she went above and beyond to help and assist us regarding that, was so so sweet and welcoming, it was my first time taking to visit Lefts and she made it very special. word and perseverance towards work is more rewarding and commendable.

Very organized app, multiple features that is extremely helpful. Easy to shop, the quality is amazing!
Bad service
I ordered boots online and I paid for the delivery fee so they brought 1 pair my size and the other one different size , the refused to change the 1 pair “which is their mistake” and they want me to exchange it in the shop and they refuse to send the delivery to change it for me although it’s “their mistake” , also they don’t pick up the phone nor they have a customer care !!!
