Chat service
Worst on line service ever
When you talk about women favorite brand Zara one of the top . But Dubai on line Zara chat service is the one of the worst ever . Can’t even give a one start . Horrible. Rude disgusting staff . If I can find some one too definitely I’m telling them to fire those people . They do not understand their responsibility
Such a rude disgusting team . I had to chance almost a month for a refund and still not . It’s amazing nice brand but these nasty people are giving us an realy bad experience. I don’t know why the managers won’t do any thing about this team . Don’t k ow where they find this team .
Bad online store service
I have bought online last 21st of june and the delivery pick up store dates is june 24 to Jul 1.
1st the app was not up to date on providing info for customers who are waiting for their products.
2nd the store teams are rude and doesnt know the value of customer service. I have visited DCC location to check my online order and they guy just give me a BIG NO answer and just said its not yet time and comeback on Jul1 without checking.
3rd visited again the DCC shop and team are just checking and checking and calling other store team members and cannot even provide me decent answer why my parcel is still not in the store.
4th I have even chatted the zara online team but they just said that it was delayed and after that no response at all. It seems that they are pushing me away on not to question at all. Is this the way you are treating your customers. This is not the zara I am expecting to treat me as customer.
Worst experience
You will never get your shipment on time. If you reach the customer care they will never help you. I have shipment for 15 days and when i contacted them that today is the last day to receive my order and that i can see it has not moved from the warehouse. They said contact us tomorrow we can’t do anything about it. Bare in mind that i contacted them in the last day of receiving my order in the afternoon. The worst online shopping experience ever. And this is not the first time it happens but it’s totally my mistake to go through this and expect a different service
