Description
With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Your Lieferando app has a brand new look!
Based on your feedback, we improved the design. It’s easier than ever to order what you want – from groceries to delicious meals.
There are now more search options and filters, and we also improved the navigation speed.
On top of that, we added new features like:

Browse the most popular categories in your neighbourhood.
- New ‘For you’ section
Access StampCards and Loyalty Points by clicking ‘For you’ in the navigation.
- Bigger menu images
See what’s on offer at a glance. Like the look of something? Press ‘+’ to add it to your basket.

Your last order is saved for you, so you can come back to it anytime.

Communication
Please kindly add chat option in case people come to visit Germany. They don’t have the number to call the restaurant so instead they can chat and help them self. Also, it would be very convenient if there would be a WhatsApp messaging option.

This app is a fake one
This app is fake one. I visited Munich and download this app and ordered food to a certain location, and the tracker showed around 45 mints to deliver. And after 45 mints it showed the delivery will arrive ASAP. Even after another 30-40 mints it’s showing that the order has been delivered where as I didn’t receive any food. This is a fake app. Don’t ever download this.

Thank you for your feedback.
I apologize that the information in our Food Tracker has caused confusion about your delivery.
As we rely on our partners' input for the optimal representation of the status of your delivery, it can occasionally happen that this is not displayed correctly.
So if our partner does not inform us about the current order status, or if the driver does not have the necessary hardware or software to share their location, the status in the Food Tracker cannot be updated.
When this happens, our system takes the average delivery-time data from previous orders as specified by the restaurant or the system and changes the status to "delivered" as soon as this specified delivery time has been reached.
