Happy to see your app, design and features looks promising but still need to focus on face recognition and other features. Keep it up!

Useless Customer Service and Email Support

I purchased 1 ticket that is to be drawn today (5th of August). Then I subscribe to their recurring payment so I can join the weekly draw. When I processed it, it purchased another ticket with the same number (same-day draw) and immediately, I called the hotline. The lady said that I did it manually twice. Yes, I did but the 2nd one is for next week's draw which is the 11th of August. There’s no way to subscribe to the weekly draw without going thru the process of choosing the numbers and payment.

Next time, hire someone who knows better english so they can explain on the app which date it will start. I sent an email to them but the same response and they never revert.

To someone who’s reading my rant, please share what regulatory board I can escalate this. Thank you.

App Crashed!!

The app started to crashed when I tried to login. website also didn’t response properly. I have no option to check my ticket number to compare last night draw. Even, the ticket purchase email also doesn’t show me the purchased number. I’m wondering how these basic things got missed out…
