Worst Experience

I had the worst experience with my gym Fitness 360 international city branch when they charged me a three-month membership fee even though I never visited the gym once.

I had signed up for a membership and had every intention of using the gym regularly, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make it to the gym even once during the period.

When I went to start my membership and request to resume, I was shocked to find out that I had been charged for a full three months of membership. I tried to explain the situation to the gym staff, but they were unsympathetic and refused to solve the issue.

I was frustrated and disappointed with the way the gym handled my situation, and I felt like I had been taken advantage of. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this gym to anyone
