Slow, cryptic and inefficient App
Why is it that Orange cannot provide a detailed bill on the App? The process for the customer to request and obtain a detailed bill breakdown is horribly complex and makes one wondee why Orange wants to make it so hard for the customer to see their detailed bill. Separately, the App is very slow, bugs continuously, logs you out all the time. It is just plain annoying for the user and quite a shame for a technology company the size and status of Orange.

the app needs improvments
the app gives you details of usage etc.
but the app needs to be more user friendly, its difficult to browse through it.
Yet the while browsing the app, it causes the phone to heat up significantly.
this is the most annoying issue.
