Bayut Vs MyCRM
MyCRM is a good startup CRM continuously trying to improve its features, but There’s one issue.
MyCRM doesn’t work with Bayut, as a broker we want our properties to be listed effectively in all major property portals available. Apparently MyCRM which is PropertyFinder’s development and their competitor Bayut doesn’t want to work together. This’s creating a huge impact on our work. Every listing is updated manually and separately on Bayut and PropertyFinder which is not efficient. The XML feed from MyCRM is available within seconds but unfortunately Bayut doesn’t collect these feeds.
Thus, there’s 2 options, either use MyCRM and ditch Bayut or use Bayut and ditch myCRM.

Satisfied, but unhappy
Very satisfied with myCRM app. Helps us to access everything in one click when we’re not in the office. Very very very user friendly. Gives statistics about every single property which makes us understand about the demand in property market. Have been using since long time and love it.
Only thing which disheartens me is that myCRM is not integrated with Bayut.
Brilliant App
Since we started using Mycrm, our company has become very organized and efficient in dealing with our clients. We can easily determine the availability of properties, respond to client requirements, share it on social media, make a brochure etc. what i like the most working with Crm is that all of the support staff are very eager to help and they follow up and provide trainings as well. The app is user friendly. I would recommend every real estate in Dubai to use Mycrm.
