After latest upgrade , once log in most of icons are disappeared especially the reimbursement icon.
TruDoc ‘Meet Doc’ Crashes + Prescription Approval Issue
I recently used the app for TruDoc Online consultation. The app crashes when using the ‘meet doc’ option. When I used the ‘call doc’, the response is quick and I was able to talk to one of the doctors within 30 mins. However, the ePrescription took at least 10 hours to reflect (not mentioning the delivery time which they claim takes 2-3 hours). Not a good experience especially when you are sick and needs urgent action 👎🏻

Bad experience
I’m sorry but you really disappointed me, it’s a vitamin D test and doctor advised me to do it and you’re asking 9th time to Hospital to give you valid indication while the person have right tibia leg fracture and have pain leg knee and lower back.
Same you taking too much time
For approval of physiotherapy, totally disappointed, sometimes you reject test and pharmacy medicine etc what’s this?
