I just wanted to say thank you to the developers and visionaries behind this app. The moment I got my bearings and understood it, my mind was blown at all the possible ways this app can meaningfully improve my life and save me time. Your app has changed the way I compute. One thing I would kindly request that (which I think would be an easy thing to do), is on the iPhone app just give the setting to always open links in external browser rather than Notion’s pop up browser, since I dont want to put all my passwords in again every time, makes a lot of what I want to do not work so much with iPhone.
Its not everyday that an app truly changes how you see the world.

Linking Calendars to Notion

Now I like Notion, there are some good templates that I want to use however the calendar feature is just hard for me to use because I’m used to using Calendars like google calendar and the apple calendar where you can drag the box depending on how much time you require to do something. I find this so much more easier and efficient compared to the calendar in Notion which I greatly struggle with. I feel like if you could provide an alternative for the calendar that would great. I get that you have to do it if you want to categorise the activity but I find it time consuming and difficult to make changes if your day doesn’t go as planned. It’s not very fluid and you can’t make changes very easily which is difficult for me. I just want to be able to quickly note down what I need to do and plan in my calendar accordingly without taking up too much time just for planning. I like that you do provide so much room for customisation however like I said earlier it’s quite time consuming and this is an issue that I am facing and hopefully you can help me with this. It would be nice if you could provide an option to link the calendar of apple or good calendar to notion. Thank you

I switched to Notion a while back and whilst it took me a while to adjust, I have an awesome template that keeps everything in one place, allows me to actually tag my ‘to do’ actions in my weekly schedule so I’m not hunting around for info before starting a task AND is accessible across all my devices so no matter where I am when an idea strikes, I can capture it in the right place rather than nonsense notes on my phone!
