NWEA Secure Testing 4+

So this is coming from a real student and i wanted to say that it’s good an all, so let me show u why i like it and dislike it.

Why i like it."…..………

1). It’s not glitchy (1 star)
2). Easy to use (1.5 stars)
3). Simple (2 stars)
Overall: 4.5 stars!!

Why i dislike it…….

1). Has bugs (sometimes wont show ur name) (-0.5 stars)
2). It will stop u in progress if ur going slow or to fast (-1star)
3. IT WILL LOCK UR SCREEN AND IT’S ANNOYING + if i try to say “no don't lock screen” IT WONT LET ME DO THE TEST!! (-2 stars)

I am beyond frustrated with the entire NWEA testing experience, especially because of the lock screen feature and the app itself. The lock screen feels like an unnecessary, controlling measure that does nothing but increase anxiety. It’s restrictive to the point where you can’t even check the time or make simple adjustments to the settings. It’s designed to lock you into the test, but the reality is, it often causes more problems than it solves. The app freezes randomly, disconnects, or even crashes in the middle of the test. It wastes valuable time, and there’s no way to recover that time lost due to these technical issues.

Additionally, the app itself is incredibly glitchy. It’s slow to load, and there are constant problems with syncing, which means you’re frequently stuck waiting for the app to catch up. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly, making the whole process even more stressful. Often, the layout and buttons don’t respond as expected, leading to confusion and frustration.

The lock screen and app together create an environment where you’re constantly battling technology instead of focusing on the test. Rather than ensuring a smooth, fair testing experience, the app just adds more obstacles to the process. Honestly, this is one of the worst testing platforms I’ve used, and the lock screen feature is a prime example of a solution that causes more problems than it resolves.

I like it it’s cool and everything but change it now please I tried getting out of the app and i couldn’t when the notification came I wanted to press no because you would lock it but it kept forcing me to press yes🙌 so there was this one time i was minding my own business and then I had to press yes! LIKE WHAT KIND OF APP FORCES THE PERSON THAT’S USING THE APP TO ACCEPT THEIR NOTIFICATION!?😡 ahm back to the story, so i just pressed yes and did my homework and yeah I couldn’t get out of the stupid app🔫 and I had alot of questions but the worst thing was that I had low battery and I had alot of questions😭 and if I kept picking random answers then I would get a stupid notification saying “do not rush a teacher may check on you” blah blah blah JUST GET TO THE POINT STUPID NEWA I WILL REPORT YOU FORGET ABOUT IT WHEN I SAID THIS APP IS COOL ITS THE WORST IM DELETING THIS STUPID APP! make a better career back to the story so then it died and I had to be stuck in that app for a very long time! CHANGE IT!
