I m unable to check balances and transfer money

I m out of india now when i try to check balance then it is asking for the security you have to send the msg from your mobile number which is registered for paytm and that number should be use this same mobile which m using in out of country....i can put the otp but it is asking same .... finally i cant use until i will not put register sim card and send msg on their link ....

A perfect combination of payment partners tie ups however hate the quizzes. Waste of time. I use it to pay almost for everything I possibly can and it’s good and so easy to use with a swipe or a tap. Been waiting to do my KYC and that’s driving me up the wall with absolute zero news to upgrade the wallet as i continue to link more and more via the app. That’s why only 4 stars this time. Most essentials are linked up but would like to see the tie up to pay for electricity bills in Tamil Nadu though. Also needs more expansion in a few places in Kerala such as kannur but am sure this will get there in a years time.

Been waiting to do my KYC and that’s driving me up the wall with absolute zero news to upgrade the wallet as i continue to link more and more via the app. That’s why only 4 stars this time. Most essentials are linked up but would like to see the tie up to pay for electricity bills in Tamil Nadu though. Also needs more expansion in a few places in Kerala such as kannur but am sure this will get there in a years time.

I face a tiny design lag and want to report it to you guys but sadly after investing some time in hunting for feedback section, I found myself failed to locate it and can tell that its a bad UI approach for not showing it.

Issue with new app version

Now am not able to signed into the app from multiple devices at the same time … earlier I was able to login using mutiple devices and keep signed in …. at the same time… now if I don’t take my device with the same number I am not able to do transactions …. The new version of the app always require to send sms for signing in not user name and password … very inconvenient Have to reduce the rating of user friendliness … will change from Paytm to some other of issue is not resolved.
