Very well handled by the people involved. Accuracy and time management was awesome. Calls were done to both sender and receiver which is impeccable. Also available for most areas in Dubai. Good job done and highly recommend the app/facility and driver who came today too.

Absolute lack of transparency.
Firstly the app will start off with a first time offer for using their truck services and it’s an economical option which was the main reason I was even open to trying the app. And then you use the app and the delivery driver comes and without any transparency demands a 100AED extra charge, plus having to go through the customer service line multiple times until you finally heard that, oh it’s labour charges for loading and unloading. The lack of transparency is disgusting and absolutely horrendous for a company like this, if there is such a charge just inform the service buyer, so they can make an informed choice and not just be blindsided at the last minute and feel scammed by absolutely scummy behavior. And then once the delivery was done we come to find out that the charges on the app was not even included in that 100AED, while the app said 44AED the final result was, last minute pressure forcing us to make a choice, practically extortion, being forced to pay beyond what we had planned to pay, and a genuinely scummy feeling. To anyone using this service, check 10 times before you do anything because, if the result is you losing money when you shouldn’t have to, it’s really not worth it.

Failure at my very first experience
I just tried the service for the first time.
It takes time to enter all required details then the driver who is unfortunately has no communication skills and a massive language barrier called me to explain the entrance of the building, pick up location… contact for the pick up… while he drives and you barely can hear him. Why don't you train your staff to get the data from my request rather than annoying me with 4 calls to get the info.
Total disaster and frustration.
