Psychpod

Reflect in 90 seconds

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

PsychPod is a clinician-designed wellbeing tracker that helps you understand your patterns through 90-second daily check-ins. Track mood, sleep, focus, calm, energy, and social connection. See your trends emerge as charts over time. No advice, no diagnoses, just clear pictures of your week, kept private. KEY FEATURES • Daily Check-Ins — Answer a short set of wellbeing questions across multiple domains. Takes less than 2 minutes. • Wellbeing Score — A personalised score that reflects your overall mental wellness, updated with every check-in. • Pattern Insights — View your history as charts and trends so you can spot what lifts you up and what drains you. • Smart Reminders — Set a daily notification at your preferred time so you never miss a check-in. • Habit Tracking — Add personal habits that integrate directly into your daily check-in flow. • Voice Notes — Record a brief voice memo alongside any check-in to capture how you're really feeling in your own words. • Friends & Social — Connect with friends, send messages, and see each other's wellbeing updates for mutual support. • Achievements & Badges — Earn badges for milestones and build streaks that keep you motivated. • Profile & Avatars — Make the app yours with a custom avatar and display name. • Clinician Export — Generate a formatted wellbeing report to share with your therapist, GP, or support worker. • Secure & Private — Your data is yours. We never sell it or share it without your consent. Full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at psychpod.org. PsychPod is designed to sit alongside therapy, not replace it. A private notebook for noticing what's actually happening in your week — what helps, what doesn't, and how the threads connect.

What's New in PsychPod 1.2.1 New - Optional two-factor authentication. Turn it on in Settings > Security with any authenticator app. Off by default. Includes recovery codes in case you lose your device. - A new "What's New" tab with personalised wellbeing pattern summaries from your recent check-ins, plus a weekly article recommendation. - After three check-ins, PsychPod may ask if you would like to rate the app on the App Store. One tap, easy to dismiss. Improved - Habit stats on the History tab now match the goal you set. Habits you are reducing show resisted and no-urge counts; habits you are building or tracking show simpler stats. - Portuguese translation polish across the app. - Landing page on psychpod.org uses the official store badges. Fixed - "What moved your wellbeing" no longer shows the tautological "Wellbeing lifts your wellbeing" line. - iOS App Store metadata refreshed for accuracy. Behind the scenes - No new data collected by default.
