Description

Pulse Pressure displays multi-year blood pressure data (systolic, diastolic, and pulse pressure—the difference between them, not pulses). Quickly share data with others.

The Pulse Pressure app is a great way to share your blood pressure data with your caregivers. Itprovides a convenient way to access and analyze your historical blood pressure data, sourced directly from the Health app on your iPhone. It not only displays your past systolic and diastolic pressures but also calculates your pulse pressure—the difference between these two values for each recorded instance.

Our user-friendly interface helps you monitor trends over time, offering valuable insights into the variability of your blood pressure readings.

Did You Know? Giraffes have some of the highest blood pressures among animals, with systolic pressures that can exceed 240 mm Hg, necessary for pumping blood up their long necks to their brains. Similarly, Olympic weightlifters may experience transient spikes in blood pressure during heavy lifts, with systolic readings soaring above 320 mm Hg and diastolic pressures around 250 mm Hg. These extraordinary figures highlight the incredible range of blood pressure adaptations across different species and activities!

Prevent Hypertension: Stay proactive in managing your health by keeping an eye on your blood pressure trends with Pulse Pressure. Monitoring these changes can help you avoid the risk of developing hypertension.

You're in control—keep up the great work!

What’s New

Version 1.6

Pulse Pressure takes your privacy very seriously. Unlike most similar apps, this app does not collect any personal data from you.

It now filters your samples and lets you print and share your chart via Messages and other platforms. You can choose how far back you want to display data in the chart. Pulse Pressure can group samples taken within 120 minutes and include either their averages or the last sample of each group. This is useful when you take several blood pressure readings consecutively, as the first one is often higher because you have not settled long enough.
