Selfridges is Number One
I have been using selfridges app since few months and found it one of the best online portal for ordering items. And the delivery part is amazing and I have noticed that the local online ordering companies are unable to meet Selfridges’ efficiency and speedy delivery time. Keep it up Selfridges and thank you.
One of the worst experience- Zero ⭐️
Selfridges used to be my no one, but after my last experience it’s the worst ever shopping app. Very unprofessional, my order got cancelled from them because the item is not available but it was still available on the app and online. And then 10 days no refund and while I was checking I kept getting the same answer 3-5 working days and then after that I was informed that money wasn’t deducted it’s been on hold from my bank so go and check with them, I checked and my bank asked for receipt refund in order to release the money, went back to Selfridges where I have to wait for 48hrs to get it?!?!?!😡😡😡😡😡😡 why this wasn’t attached in the cancellation email?! Why I have to fund after them to get the answers. This will be my last time to order, I lost my trust

Always have issues with this app
I have constantly sent emails to Selfridges on issues with this app and bugs as numerous times I have tried to purchase something (and I order a lot from Selfridges) and it just will not work! I feel like the app implementors don’t get this feedback as same issues still there for years
The amount of times I have shopped elsewhere due to bugs in the app and due to some error being there on checkout not allowing me to proceed. Selfridges are losing customers and money over this
