The service they provide is premium standard with affordable price.. the time is very professional with friendly attitude, cooperative and understanding . My car was dead in a high floor parking and no one could fix it . They send a technician who fix it to drive it down for the pickup and they took it and kept me posted in every decision with clear explanation and reasonable prices then returned it to my door as a brand new car coming out from the Agency. I’ll definitely hire this service again and I strongly recommend it to everyone

Pick up was the only thing that was fine - on time. Everything after, updates you might or might not get. No update at all on delivery. Sent a quote with an inflated amount and things that needed to be fixed weren’t fixed. Took a week to get an update and finally when said they would deliver by email, didn’t stick to that commitment as well. Even tried to share specific pics of things they ruined when they delivered the car, resent it to their workshop, was guaranteed it would be fixed, told an extra QC was done but got the car with all the same issues exactly as is and worse. Absolutely the worst experience. If u want to get rid of ur car; then try this

Car sent for major servicing, it was delivered full of dirt in engine bay area. They put some oil (probably diesel) just to look shiny without cleaning the bay area. And its not dust; engine cover is full of sand particles.Wheel Alignment and balancing was purchased on top of regular service items, however, can is still taking sides plus shaking the moment cross the 100km. After delivery, the car refuses to start because battery was completely drained (technician told that battery health is not good. I refused to take that service because quotation was more than 650 AED including 85 AED labor charges for battery replacement. Additional dirt/stains on driving side door (technician might have used the door with dirty hands which results in black stain marks on beige fabric) Last but not least; in overall process from service purchase till delivery, it became obvious that SMC is focused on sales rather than services Note: tried reaching to customer service for complaint but whole day is gone without any response on ticket.

This has to be the worst service ever. They took my cart the reception tablet was not working, takes more than 24 hours to even get an estimate AFTER the inspection, let alone start to work on the car. Then they stop answering phones and don’t answer to a very simple question, when will my car be ready. Haven’t heard from them in over 24h. I have proof of everything I’m saying btw. So the question still remains when will I get my car from a simple service and RTA… it’s been 5 days already… wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy…
