Discounts Advertised but Did Not Apply on the Bill

I booked 3 hours of 2 cleaners using the app. The service by the cleaners were amazing however, they did not provide the discount and did not apply the credit balance I had on my wallet so I ended up paying more than I expected. I asked the customer service for the reason why it was such however they only advised me to delete the app and reinstall again. No issue was resolved. Perhaps the IT team should fix the bug issue? I was lured to avail of a service that has hidden fees it seems?

Very bad

So after yesterday's missing to attend booked session for mattress cleaning, we rescheduled for today with esteemed arrival from 6 to 6:30 pm. Cleaning guys arrived at 7:10pm ... they finished cleaning in 35 min and when we entered appartment there was so strong smell of the chemicals that we were not able to breath and smell was coming from the mattress. Last time when I booked mattress cleaning (check my history, since it was very recently) smell was very nice and it didn't make any concerns. On a top of chemicals smell and unpleasant situation I have to mention that we have a baby with us. We were not able to let baby in appartment with all that bad smell. We had to wait for another hour and smell is still here. I sent my wife and kid to friends house since I don't feel baby sleeping under the influence of the chemicals.

Overall, service was tarable and I will never book it. Probably will change platform since this is unelectable. Yesterday we waited so long that we lost afternoon, today this issue. Too much for 2 days.

I also noticed that my service was fully charged. I will also leave review on app and Google, pretty much wherever I can because people should know what are you providing

Bad service

When I moved My Home and used them a lot to get Handymen to hang things and electricians to add extra sockets because my new place didn’t have enough
after three months of moving one of the power sockets they installed suddenly stopped working and seems to be of cheap quality , when I tried to use the on /off button it appeared to be stuck so I tried chatting with their service but they answered six hours late and after 10 minutes they said that they close the chat because of no response
Then I contacted them again to ask them to get someone to check it. They said that it was too late and they don’t do any after sales service after two months
I told him I never used the button before and the whole socket didn’t have electricity anymore, but they just said Book a new service and would not even check the problem
In my opinion getting an electrician to add a socket was supposed to be a permanent solution to the problem not a temporary one and two months period is temporary!!
