Bad customer service and not on time
Requested pick up one Wednesday, scheduled it for Saturday- stayed at home majority of the day for them to come. courier didn’t even show up, called him to ask if he’s on his way and he said he has no idea about it and asked me to contact Adidas instead..?!?
Called and told them the situation, they apologized and scheduled it for Monday/Tuesday. No one showed up on Monday and I waited until 3pm on Tuesday, no call to schedule time. Called them back and they again wanted to re-schedule for end of the week. Told them I wasn’t able to and that Adidas had already extended my reservation on an item due to their time mismanagement, they managed to finally ask a courier to come for pick up that day. Very Confused! They just keep apologizing but don’t really make up for it. 😕
Worst experience !!
they gave me a date to deliver my order , and it shows in the live tracking that the delivery guy has arrived to my place but i didn't receive any call and he didn't ring the doorbell or anything , then i received a message saying that they tried to reach me but couldn't that's why they rescheduled my order !! When i call them to ask for a number or anything to contact the delivery guy they say that they don't have it ! it doesn't make any sense that the company doesn't know their driver's number ! The worst thing is that the same thing happened for TWO DAYS ! I don't usually write reviews but it seriously made me so angry ! they keep repeating that they will deliver it fast and one of them even said that if not today it will be delivered tomorrow ! this was from two days now !!
Worst service ever
I have been trying to adjust my schedule so they can deliver the items to me. Called so many times to inform about my availability within the office hours but failed to follow what was requested. Delivery was rescheduled many times. Spoke to different call center agents but they all said the same thing. They aren’t doing their job! They are just sitting their asses, answering phone calls and doing nothing! Worst worst delivery company ever!!!!!!
