Incompetent service.

So cut the story short, my card was delayed for 10 days. I got tired of talking to their customer service every single day just to get my parcel to be delivered. Promised every single day. Even talked to a supervisor but only gave me false hope. Driver was way soooo rude. Very very pathetic and incompetent service. Only consolation was the last customer service that I talked to Hanin. She was very helpful, she made sure that I will be receiving my card anytime soon. But of course after 9 days of following up. I hope you improve your services specially how your drivers talked to your customers. Very very bad service.

Like idk whay to say

Idk like my order got delayed to another day just because the delivery guy called me one time and i was like in a call and because of that got delayed,first of all i was awake the while day waiting for it,he told me that he called me in the morning and i didn’t answer
And he called me at 5 pm and i also didn’t answer because i was in a call and I closed the call at the same minute and called him back he was like your order has been rescheduled I didn’t even had the chance to call him back before rescheduling I already have pictures of the call log and also he screenshoted his call log and it shows that he didn’t even bother him self calling me he just called me and canceled at the same time like wth,i could just report the company but idk I don’t feel good doing that like the customer service were friendly but not helpful alot anyways hope you fix your delivery service and bring more helpful staff

Adidas order

Long story short I ordered something from adidas and it never came I kept on calling every day and they said “a driver will contact you tmrw” happened like that for every day for a week then they had the audacity to return the shoe to adidas what a bad courier service 0 customer service 0 management team and 0 everything like why?!!
