I activated the international package on [10 August ], which, according to the advertised details, was supposed to provide me with [number of minutes / amount of data] for a period of [3 G].To my surprise, the package was consumed very quickly, despite minimal usage on my part. I did not receive any clear notifications regarding usage or that the package was about to expire. I am confident that I did not make calls or use data exceeding the stated limits.I am disappointed by this experience and request that you review the details of my service usage and provide a full report of the package consumption.
