A layout built for a phone, not a shrunken desktop. The file tree and side panels now slide over the editor as drawers instead of squeezing it out of the way, split view stacks vertically, the toolbar keeps the six controls you actually reach for (everything else is one tap away, now with labels), and the status bar stops wrapping onto a second line. Tablets keep the desktop layout.
