FIX: Rotation plan not automatically showing when opening an existing game. This is now fixed in this version.

Removed Game Time XML Download. Instead added an "Include Pause in Play" option when downloading. This will add a pause event to the xml and also split player shifts with the pause.

Fix: Rotation plan starting players were not getting properly set when navigating between plans. This fix ensures that the correct starting players are shown when navigating to a plan.

Added ability to export XML using the Game-time (ball in play time) along with the existing Real-time option (to align with video). Game time can be useful for doing analysis around actual ball in play time and players active minutes.
