Great app few issues.
This is a really great app, I am glad that the reward barcode is not changing which makes it work offline and that’s good, instead of connecting to the internet just to use the rewards barcode like other apps which is annoying. The only problem is that this app is very slow and buggy and takes long time to load drinks and food when added to cart and when changing from take away to eat-in, it takes a lot of time to load the menu and drinks even with fast internet. Also I wish the navigation was directed to Google Maps instead of Apple Maps.

App. Not working
Like 80% of the reviews written here. (The app is not working for a big part of the UAE population. Yes, before you request. I have written many emails to Starbucks and spoke to Starbucks over the phone. I have deleted and reloaded the app. too many times to mention and nothing works. I have sent screen shots that state “something went wrong” which seem to be a common message I am reading in the reviews here. Everytime I email after a new agent gets involved the email trail goes dead and then I have to start all over again. They repeat themselves with the same steps which I complete and after telling them this is ththe 100th time I have done this. It does not FIx it. The app has bugs that YOU the developers needled to fix. on your END. Most of your reviews here star the app is not working for them! Therefore. It’s the app not the customer! And please do not ask me to email Starbucks. With my photos and issues - I have and it is getting no where. Maybe you will look into the app more seriously here on the review section as I am not getting any help anywhere else.

Almost there
This application almost nailed it. Just 2 more improvements and it’ll be a reliable and daily usable app:
1- resolve menu bugs such as stuck loading when trying to fetch menu
2- allow users to favorite a few stores so that I don’t have to manually find it through the map as the text search feature is broken anyway
