KFC UAE - Order Food Online 4+

If you ever go to Dubai and want to visit a physical store then go to the kfc in Al Barsha 1 which is opposite of DIA there food is always freshly made, and the service is great, and the team is lovely but I wanted to highlight mohammad he’s the guy in the kitchen wearing a black uniform. I’m specific in detail because I didn’t get his last name but my god what a wonderful human being. always so kind to my mother and I. and always makes sure to take care of us. He makes sure everything is prepared right, and sometimes when he’s going on his break or stepping out he passes by our table and checks up on us. Honestly with that kind of service you forget the your at a fast-food restaurant. I’ve been to actual restaurants for wine and dine and don’t see the kind of service. Thanks to you my Friend. Horrible delivery guy, horrible, i already have the instructions written down in details in the order, typed down in the delivery driver note. He missed calls me, does not even give me enough time to answer and when I call him back i am faced with the worst attitude anyone can talk to a person with. I give him my home details again on the phone and when i say it quickly he tells me he didn’t understand and when i go slowly for him he treats me like a child and doesn’t even let me finish as he reads it outload in a condescending voice. He tells me that I have to go down and get it from him because he is sick. How do you even allow a sick driver to touch my food???? Literally every single delivery i order gets delivered to my door except kfc even when i order it through different platforms. kfc guys have the worst delivery agents with the worst attitude. They will charge you 10 dhs to deliver but on one condition, you meet them half way. I have a sprained leg and the only reason i order not pick it up or eat in the restaurant is because of convenience and then the delivery agent treats me like I work for him because of it. This is not the first time. And to whoever is reading this it wont be your last.

I go to KFC frequently because it’s only 10 minutes away from my house, I have seen this application and decided to give it a go since I’m a KFC lover.
However, I had a very terrible experience with it, I am aware that the working hours end at 3 am. I have made my order on the application at 2:11 am exactly and it was not a big order, ordered only Rizo, Mighty zinger box, and chicken popcorn. The clock hit 2:50 am and I have still not received my order or had the driver call me, it was still being proceeded, I thought maybe the order didn’t go through so I called the number provided in the application and the guy told me they would contact me soon and my order was received to them.
It became 3 am and my order was still not here and at this point I gave up on it and was very tired as it was already so late. The driver called me at 3:25 am asking me to send him the location of my house. And I only got my order at 3:40 am.
If I have went to the store myself, made my order then went back home it would have took me 15-20 minutes but this whole mess took 1 hour and 39 minutes.
Would not recommend or try again.
