Safety breach

one of shabaka and senara staff came and harassed me at night at my home wake us all up asking for his order back that I throw 4 hours ago. i said i throw it in the trash he wanted the trash and refused to leave when i was about to call police he left i went to the street tried to find him couldn't, imagine i had to go through this because a food order at night on weekend i cant believe it. when u give a refund u need to protect ur customer i asked Mohamed talabat operator why u cant tell the restaurant to stop harassing me he doesn't have answer very sad, i though the restaurant respect u if i want to deal with restaurant i wouldn't have used talabat. thank you so much fo horrific experience i never had in my life i order a disgusting dinner at 7 reached home late ...till 1 am i'm suffering because of a restaurant called shabaka senara they don't even have respect for you all this because a refund that i deserve coz food was garbage. I use to order talabat every day now account deleted you called me at 1 am after 2 hours of my complaints I wasn't gonna talk to you about that at 1 am I need to sleep leave me alone you are the worst app i have ever seen i might file a police report against those who came asking for the trash at night time its on camera

Very bad customer service

I have been using talabat for a couple of years now but never again. I ordered through Talabat mart to get my products quickly , the order came missing a product which was water, I told the delivery guy it is missing , he told me I can’t do anything call customer service and he just left the rest of the order and left , I chatted with customer support , I told them I made this order specifically for this item which was the water and I used talabat mart to get it quickly , she replied I can’t do anything until I contact the store , after about 15 or 20 mins she got back to me telling me the store says they sent it so I’ll have to raise a complaint to operations and they will reply in an hour , I told her the whole point of me ordering was to get my order quickly and this is only a packet of water like 12 aed she replied I can’t do anything , after two hours someone called me and was almost asleep telling me I’m calling to solve your problem , I was really frustrated at that time and I told him what are you going to solve honestly after two hours from the order!!!!.Their customer service is terrible , after two days I got a call from talabat customer care asking so were you satisfied from the solution to your problem !!!!!! I told him worst customer service ever that I encountered and nothing was solved. He told me I’ll raise it to my superiors. I never heard from them again , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND NEVER AGAIN THAT I’LL USE TALABAT APP.

Talabat Pay Fraud

I have been a customer for a number of years and saved my card on the app to use for payment easily however recently I received a message from my bank about deduction from my account for an order from Talabat which I have not made so called the bank and they advised to cancel the card immediately so I requested the cancellation to avoid the unlawful of my card again. On the same day the deducted amount has been returned to my Talabat account as credit on Talabat Pay. After a few days I tried to order something through Talabat and surprisingly I found that my account is blocked due to violation of terms and conditions. This is very upsetting and frustrating because they stole money from my saved card and returned without my permission as credit on Talabat and then blocked my account due to violation. For god sake some one tells me what is the violation I have made? I tried to contact them but no valid number you can find online, very very bad customer service when you don’t publish your number for your customers. I massaged them on the app and the response was standard that we are unable to do anything because your account is blocked due to violation. Tell me please is this fair or even honest? I told all my friends the story and being not able even to speak to them to find a solution. Very very bad service and will never use them again… I need my credit back which has been stolen from me by force.
