Very bad customer service

I have been using talabat for a couple of years now but never again. I ordered through Talabat mart to get my products quickly , the order came missing a product which was water, I told the delivery guy it is missing , he told me I can’t do anything call customer service and he just left the rest of the order and left , I chatted with customer support , I told them I made this order specifically for this item which was the water and I used talabat mart to get it quickly , she replied I can’t do anything until I contact the store , after about 15 or 20 mins she got back to me telling me the store says they sent it so I’ll have to raise a complaint to operations and they will reply in an hour , I told her the whole point of me ordering was to get my order quickly and this is only a packet of water like 12 aed she replied I can’t do anything , after two hours someone called me and was almost asleep telling me I’m calling to solve your problem , I was really frustrated at that time and I told him what are you going to solve honestly after two hours from the order!!!!.Their customer service is terrible , after two days I got a call from talabat customer care asking so were you satisfied from the solution to your problem !!!!!! I told him worst customer service ever that I encountered and nothing was solved. He told me I’ll raise it to my superiors. I never heard from them again , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND NEVER AGAIN THAT I’LL USE TALABAT APP.

Talabat Pay Fraud

I have been a customer for a number of years and saved my card on the app to use for payment easily however recently I received a message from my bank about deduction from my account for an order from Talabat which I have not made so called the bank and they advised to cancel the card immediately so I requested the cancellation to avoid the unlawful of my card again. On the same day the deducted amount has been returned to my Talabat account as credit on Talabat Pay. After a few days I tried to order something through Talabat and surprisingly I found that my account is blocked due to violation of terms and conditions. This is very upsetting and frustrating because they stole money from my saved card and returned without my permission as credit on Talabat and then blocked my account due to violation. For god sake some one tells me what is the violation I have made? I tried to contact them but no valid number you can find online, very very bad customer service when you don’t publish your number for your customers. I massaged them on the app and the response was standard that we are unable to do anything because your account is blocked due to violation. Tell me please is this fair or even honest? I told all my friends the story and being not able even to speak to them to find a solution. Very very bad service and will never use them again… I need my credit back which has been stolen from me by force.

Finally Talabat became Zomato

I guess, talabat has now became a brand so they do not care about customer anymore. It is all about how to make more than how to deliver. Sorry for my words.
I am a lazy person, and lazy people are delivery app friendly people. I was a loyal and frequent customer of Zomato, I left them became they were never in time. Talabat was efficient but after a while, they became a nightmare till now. And it is getting worst day by day.
On the app, at the time of order estimated time shows lets say 24 minutes and you quickly pick the restaurant. But food never arrives before hour or sometimes even more. If you contact customer service, they pretend they are trying to reach the restaurant but they do nothing because food arrives late anyways. My concern is that if food arrives in one hour, why you cant write it one hour at the first place? Why you give people false hopes??
Last but the funny part of this whole experience is that when you reach customer services, they say “sir because your location is far” I mean, I was here on the exact same place one hour ago when I place the order. It is not that I have place the order and ran 50 km away. My 4 years old niece makes better excuses than these.
Please try to make better excuses too if you aim not to improve services. Though sometimes Talabat gives 5-8 or sometimes 10 dirhams vouchers as compensation but I dont need them. I need my food to be delivered in time guys.
