Don’t download it!

I tried the app like 4 times and the delivery was always a little late (which was no problem) but the last time I ordered my order was 4 hours late and whenever I contact customer service they say my order will be out soon, I talked to them 3-4 times while waiting for my order (almost once each hour) and after the fourth time they delivered it 15-30 minutes after I talked to them, I was told I’ll get money in my wallet as compensation, that never happened, this was like a couple of months ago and I’m deleting the app and never using it again. Their customer support is bad, and they gave ZERO compensation after making me wait for 4-5 HOURS for my order. I’d give them less than 1 star if I could.

Don’t EVER download it!

I tried this app for more than 3 times just to give them enough chances. But here I am being so done with this delivery app. They took so long even if the restaurant is just 5 minutes away from my home they always ALWAYS deliver the food after +1 hour and every time the food will be arrived so cold and you will reach your limit because you literally paid for nothing. Have to be waiting for the delivery man for 1 hour and start to getting angry then after all of that you receive you order cold that you don’t want even to eat it. In addition, all delivery man’s they are not prepared for this job at allll. They don’t reply, they always have an attitude even though they are the ones who are wrong.

Hell of an experience.

My first ever review but they truly deserve it. Ordered baskin robbins, which is like 5 mins away and the ice cream is prepared already so it’s a very simple pick up and deliver type of thing wouldn’t you think? Nope, not with them. It took almost 2 hours.. each time they come up with different excuses, the chat agent, Ahmed, replies with attitude.. as if I’m mistaken for being angry. First time I contacted him he didn’t even bother to reply.. second agent told me that he’s really sorry for the delay and a compensation will be put into my wallet.. that obviously didn’t happen, back to Ahmed again and then he was like “you want to cancel?” I wish I could upload screenshots of everything so you’d see yourself.. HORRIBLE.
