Beyond perfect

I have used this couple of times and the speed of service is perfect. I never had any issues with transaction etc… straight forward app not idiotic rules like TABBY App. I purchased items with noon and there were two option for payment one is TABBY and the other is TAMARA went ahead straight to Tamara ;)

One of my purchases got return and immediately I got my account adjusted by Tamara I didn’t have to call the customer service or anything.

Just perfect 🤩 nightly recommended to anyone over TABBY.

Deliberate late fee charges

I wish I had -5, this app management knows how to make food of customers. Firstly they will deduct the installment with auto texts and deduct money on time the dates we choose. But for the last installment they won’t deduct on the exact date and after due dates they will send you a message stating that late fee is applied and your payment is unsuccessful. Wow they know how to spread a panic and make us pay manually and later put the blame on a customer saying that ohh you didn’t pay on time without even sending reminder msgs. Guys!!!! Please don’t fall into their trap., it happened to me and the only reply you will get from customers service is to just apologies , what??? They won’t refund you at all saying that you could have reached out to us we had remove your late fee charges?? Tell me how get such a time when you send a reminder of saying to someone your payment is unsuccessful late fee is applied already and if you’re late again charges of aed 25 will be applied again? Does it seem right to you? Please don’t fall into their trap. And wow I can’t even post this review without even selecting one star???? How come? I wish I had a minus stars section why can’t I post without choosing. A star??

Poor customer service 😓😓😓 Totally disappointed.

My sister tried to use this app for the first time. First she wanted purchase a new iPhone and they told her that she can only opt for second hand phones. Because she really wanted to replace her phone and she didn’t want to be pressured-in terms of paying and since this app offer a four time split payment she decided to take the phone which is an iPhone 13 Pro Max and she had to pay 2500 AED . They delivered the phone but she used it for only one week and with in that same week she started having technical issues with the phone until it completely shut down. And when she tried to call or email customer support she was told to wait that they will come to return the phone but within the second week they took all the payment from her account at once . Until now the phone died we can’t charge it coz even when you plug it into the charger it won’t charge. The customer support is not doing anything she hasn’t got back her money yet and still they haven’t come for their phone it’s a month plus now. But now we’re opting for another option which is involving the police .
