Total bill includes Water, Electricity & Muncioality. However Municipality taxes is payable by Landlords and we pay them advance while executing Tawtheeq contract. But in the end tenant end up paying since it’s comes with electricity bill. Contrary Municipality should take it from land lords during executing of Tawtheeq since we already paid it to land lords pr the property management company. We have no issue paying water and electricity as per contract terms mentioned in Tawtheeq.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. The communication has been severely lacking, with no follow-up on my case until now. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls, I have received no response, and there is no one available to speak to. Furthermore, I have not received any emails or phone calls to follow up on my case. This is unacceptable service. I have been paying a tariff for almost a year, despite being a local resident, and I have been paying more than I am supposed to due to your incomplete work. There has been no follow-up or checking after each application, even after I filed a complaint. I request that you provide me with the management's contact number so I can speak to the responsible person. This situation is unbelievable and needs to be addressed immediately.
