We have been purchasing the app for the past 4 years and this year it has been such a disappointment. Lots of restaurants and other businesses have ended their collaboration with the app and we as customers ( loyal customers) haven’t even been aware of such changes and based on our trust purchased the app again this year. It is super disappointing to see how a business abuses the trust it’s customers have on them . Not sure what the problem of the app is that these businesses have ended their collaboration with it but people like us have to pay the price of buying the application without actually being able to use it for much . It is absolutely a waste of money and I recommend people not to purchase it at all because the whole purpose of the app is to be able to save money but with the current situation of the app , you actually loose money!
So confused by the high rating

Firstly I am very confused by the high rating that this app has received, as I was going through them I noticed some of them are negative texts but with five stars? Overall my experience over the years was continuously deteriorating, initially I overlooked the worst user experience app design I’ve ever seen because the offering was decent, last year they tried to stay under the radar due to Covid but clearly lost a lot of their partnerships and due to the aforementioned horrible ux you aren’t able to see the contents of each “package” clearly so I ended up buying the gourmet package rather the dubai classic, it has been 4 months and I have yet to find a single use for it so I kindly asked the customer service to please switch my product to dubai classic instead since so I could at least avail a few things there. I was immediately rejected and before I even sent my request the bot-like customer service agent called Greta sent me an automated message “I can understand that, but we cannot help you as per our T&Cs” unless the entertainer has unlocked clairvoyance I don’t know how she could answer me before I even wrote my request which indicates to me how harsh their script is and how little they care about their customers. I am now stuck with a useless package unfortunately and they have definitely lost a customer.

These guys are con artists, if the merchant doest deliver your food, they cant do anything, not even refund the money you paid on their stupid platform. The customer service and support is just wow awful. I’ve had the worst customer experience ever in my whole life. Edgar, Harry and Charlie from the customer support were very rude to me. The have zero human interaction. They refused to refund my money although I have submitted proof of not receiving the order at all. They are not willing to protect your right whatsoever, they are basically willing to lose you forever for a couple of bucks. This is just mesmerizing honestly. They left ne speechless. Be careful dealing with them, especially the online delivery platform. Cuz you really dunno if the food is gonna come or not. Otherwise you can use the dine in. Its still bad but not as bad as their online delivery. I’m not renewing for one reason, Talabat, careem and uber eats actually offer you better discounted rate which will result in an overall equivalent to 2 for 1. Entertainer business deserves to die, they have zero value for their customers and I dont wish anyone the experience I had. Be careful ppl plz.

The new app and the whole team behind them is not correct. I make orders online for delivery.. they become ( pending) , although the money transaction is complete and the money is withdrawn from my account.. but the order is not delivered to the restaurant and becomes pending.. I contacted live chat and they didn’t do anything although I contacted my bank and they told me that the Entertainer had to cancel the transaction themselves because the mistake is because of the app. The bank gave me the transaction number to help but the customer service didn’t cooperate. I lost the order and I didn’t get my money back so far. Be careful! The app is not guaranteed!!! Waste of money, waste of time.. worst customer service ever...
