Buggy

Hope you can fix your app. There’s an issue to log in on my account and the error was (Missing Required Parameter: password) even though password was already typed on the dialog box. Better fix your application.

Still buggy

Been trying to phone and contact support to no avail. Cannot use any of the vouchers without a hundred error messages popping up. Disappointing.

Update:
Haven’t tried their phone lines or email again but the latest update not only solved my previous issue but also gave me additional vouchers to use with the same vendor. Not sure if these options were always available or were an upgrade from the recent update.

Blue Rewards Voucher National Day Competition

During 2nd Dec National Day competition we had won AED 500 Marks & Spenser shop but unfortunately it doesn’t showing there at all however after several follow ups with blue rewards customer service and mail customer service we really got frustrated and we didn’t except this never 👎 recommend to anyone. We feel so embarrassed at marks & Spenser cash counter when we were trying to redeem voucher but the voucher was not showing in the application. Poor customer service
