They really scam you. Think twice before you pay.
I read the reviews from other people, and I am not the only one. I have purchased for Asian Cup, and payment went through. During the whole process, they never alarmed me ‘the streaming for Asian Cup is not available in UAE’. They let you pay even if the service is not available! I went to the customer support page, and they place this information on F&Qs. Just unbelievable. I emailed them multiple times for a refund, and they keep on saying we are on investigation. After 2 weeks, the answer I have got was ‘Asian Cup is not available in UAE’. I would have had a better conversation with a piece of rock! Another email sent, and the reply was ‘Oh! Were you requesting a refund? You contact Apple! Bye!’. Yes, after 2weeks. I have requested a refund to Apple now and I am going to file this to Dubai Police for E-scam.
No one in TOD TV supports you
I have subscribed a plan to watch final game of Asian cup - money deducted from my account
Subscription was not showing in apple - again I tried to watch any game doesn’t work ask for subscription, I did another plan again money deducted from my account - this time subscription shown in apple - but I was not able to use - 3 times I file the ticket id - and they only reply me your ticket has been updated - however my ticket was request to refund the money - still not I keep email them and they keep to ignore - I could not find any number to call - no one cares and I lost almost 200 AED ALMOST 70 dollar - this is absolutely wrong choice and never ever trust and I am going to write this everywhere

Don’t purchase DONT .. the trick you to buy package or pass (specially for football fans) by mentioning it’s available and just sign up and once you do … they play catch me if you can … funny thought when you try to contact them by whats up, email , or support in app … all keep asking you to go to the other for help … like passing the football… so you are the game actually and you just lost your money as well… they have after exploring for a while and googling about them mouse (small print) statement that what your subscribed to in not available in a list of countries including yours … what a SCAM and worse apple wont refund so dont waste your money please
