Touchstone by Certus, is an application base that enables your company’s asset intensive business processes to be carried out away from the office, by providing an enhanced intuitive user experience improving productivity and engagement. It works in online and offline modes, providing anytime, anywhere access to your business process and information.
Business Processes include:
Work Management, enabling the field user to view their assigned work orders / inspections, and capture key information including tasks, recording time, material, and tool usage, add work logs, add images and creating follow up work. Safety is key, and part of the process flow to ensure that information is readily available. Mapping support provides the ability to visualise where the work is.
Asset Management, enabling the field user to provide those critical updates to your asset register by updating Asset information including meters and images, creating requests or work. If assets are missing the field user can capture that information and request it be added, providing both an audit and approval process to keeping your asset register up to date.
Supervisor, enabling your supervisors to get away from their desks and out in the field, but still have the ability to make changes to the schedule and assignments, or complete those approvals.
Touchstone makes interacting with your business process and data easy and provides the comfort that your data is handled in a safe and secure way.
