Description

UAE Mystery Shopper application is available in 8 languages; namely, Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Chinese, French and Russian, to cater to the needs of customers from different nationalities in United Arab Emirates. Users can evaluate the overall experience at the service center and rate the various aspects of their experience including the location, parking spaces, reception, waiting time, clear process, completion time, service fees, payment method and employee attitude.

Customers can share their feedback on the smart application either during or after their visit to the service center. The comments section allows users to elaborate further on their experience, thus providing government entities with extensive data that help in pinpointing strengths and weaknesses.

This app, developed by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program (EGSEP), has been launched by Sheikh Mohammad recently with a view to empower customers, listen to customer voice, measure customer satisfaction and increase citizen happiness.

Great idea , hoping it will work soon

Coming up with app like this will defiantly improve all services but unfortunately the app does t work properly , once I open the app it takes me again to the Home Screen , I hope it will be fixed. I uninstall it and reinstall it few times too and enabled the location too

Simple and easy to rate entities

Once I download the app I start reviewing the service center for government it’s great idea to improve the service quality of the service centers of UAE government entities

Fix your app

As with others in the review section, this app keeps crashing - meaning some people are unable to even use it.
This app was also updated 11 months ago - so there’s probably glitches in here due to phone software updates that nobody’s fixed on the app.
