The best way to maximize your shopping experience at our stores.

- Register using your tamayazz card info
- Search for products
- View reviews and provide feedback about products
- Create and manage a shopping list at your own convenience
- View your previous purchases at UCS stores; add items from your previous purchases to your shopping list
- View recipes from the UCS team, and add items to your shopping list
- View promotions and our latest catalogues
- Navigate to Products within our Umm Suqeim Store

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Online shopping

Whenever buy through online there are several of items are out of stock which is make online purchase is insufficient.

This should enhanced especially for online purchase

The interface is too bad

The official app interface is bad compared to the other apps like the grocery or even Insta. You need to add a categorized lists for each grocery type sorted by brand or type like fruits , vegetables, meat etc.

Now it is too hard to navigate between the deferent department.

The grocery app is offering the option to order from Union coop with the most easiest interface and organized menus. I hope to use similar design

App doesn’t work

The app doesn’t work and I have missed points on several purchases. I click on it and it closes. I deleted, re downloaded multiple times. I click on app support and it takes me to the website and forces me to do a delivery option. I have gone to customer service, called, emailed, messaged on FB, and they don’t solve the issues. I have submitted all my receipts and I still have no points. Staying with Carrefour
UPDATE BASED ON THE RESPONSE I GOT: I did write an email, sent receipts and sms confirmation, went to customer support, called… no reply.
