Life changing app!
I was lost, stressed, and always down given the tough days we've been living since the pandemic started. I needed a health couch to guide me and make me strong as I was continously just eating to release my stress. I got to know about Valeo and didn't hesitate as the prices are very competitive compared to other health coaches ( others would cost u a fortune). And to be very honest it was by far the best step I took. Today and after only 3 months, I am healthier, lighter, and stress level decreased alot as I now understand the connection between mental and physical health.. My health couch Jamie is always there fot me and explains how my body functions which gave me a better understanding to what my food habits should be.. he helps me with ways to improve my sleep, how to control my stress, how simple movements make a different and that I dont need to kill myself for hours at the gym everyday, how to be healthier everyday in very simple ways not the typical diets of DOs and DON'Ts. Valeo should be the first step to anyone who is willing to change their lifestyle and improve both mental and physical health! The team is always there to support and you always feel that you are not alone 🙏 Thank you Valeo Team!
Advanced female blood test
I used Valeo for a full blood panel - the advanced female blood test recently. I was really pleased by the ease and convenience of Feb service. The nurse comes direct to your house to draw the blood at a time that’s convenient to you and is highly professional. The results were logged on the Valeo app rapidly, far quicker than I expected. And then I had a follow up call with Jamie, the chief well-being officer at Valeo who was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. He told me some very interesting things that I didn’t know, particularly about nutrition and sunlight- small changes I can implement into my daily lifestyle that will affect my overall well-being. Would highly recommend this service.
Food intolerance test - Amazing Service!
I booked the service to do a thorough food intolerance test. Booked the service and got a female nurse within 3 hours of my request. She showed up exactly as decided on time and was extremely professional. She quickly organized her stuff, made sure I was comfortable and collected my blood sample and left within 5 mins. Loving the service so far, it’s a very efficient process and allows me to get this entire process completed at the comfort of my home. Before leaving she also shared a timeline as to when I can expect my results and looking forward to book my consultation post receiving my results!
