The Core Direction app connected to Apple Health App provides key tools, features and functionality to support the my.coredirection.com platform which offers the most holistic and inspiring wellness platform imaginable.
On download and login the app HealthKit enables users to track steps. Users connecting a wearable can also enjoy additional tracking of active heart rate and daily calorie burn too.
The main screen dashboard shows all key stats of a users activity including steps, active heart rate & calorie burn as well as summary data relating to logging activity, booking wellness experiences and watching wellness focused on-demand content as available at my.coredirection.com
Finally, 3 additional bonus features of sleep tracking, hydration & breathwork practice offer the perfect daily healthy habit checklist to ensure the most balanced lifestyle linked to daily gamified wellness streaks to keep users engaged and committed to inspiring fitness, health & happiness.

Needs a lot improvement
I gave 2* only because you can log your activity backwards in case you forgot and participate in some Challenges. Otherwise I don’t understand how the app can synchronize steps, burnt calories, heart rhyth... with watch. But not the activity itself?! Everytime I have to log it manually. Nonsense! And it takes ages as after every click there is loading button which take several seconds. At some public wifi it doesn’t work at all.

Great app
I love the app because the challenges are giving you the opportunity to gain points different ways . For example if you don’t do exercises that require active heart rate zone you can still get the points by walking only . I love to listen to the podcasts and they’re one of my favorite. Great idea to put all in one app . I had no difficulty in using the app and I recommend it to all . It’s great to start your fitness journey with Core 💕
