DR. SAI SOUJANYA SARVA in my opinion the best gyno that we have ever met in Dubai . Genuinely She is the only reason we will never going to switch to any other clinic from HEALTHHUB .

had a problem with my My toenails on Friday so I went to Healthub. BIG MISTAKE! they send me to general practitioner doctor. She didn’t even look at me. So she said you have to see general sergeant, and said me to go to the receptionist, “they will escort me”. So the reception Inform me that they don’t have general surgeon right now. So i asked maybe they have in other brunch? they said no so i asked them to book an appointment they said the earliest day available is on Sunday 7:50pm. So i asked them at least prescribe me some pain relievers, after which the doctor prescribe me some medication for pain. After 2 days of waiting i arrived at the brunch 20minutes earlier than my appointment. after ONLY 30min waiting they instructed me to take a ticket. There was 3 patient’s waiting. after another 30 minute I went to the nursing station to speak to the person in charge. The receptionist jump off her chair and said that she will assist me. After processing me she gave me another token well there was eight patients waiting after which I left. so to put it simpler very dishonest personal.

The app is ok to book an appointment. Funny part is it can be registered with one number for each patient, so each time i have to register for my child i register with my name as i am logged in with my credentials. Now each time you show up at the clinic they cancel the appointment and then book it again under the actual patient name.

Suggestion is why wouldn't the app have an option to add dependents and then book directly for the patient rather someone else.
