If you’re here after buying this Insuranec welcome to the club wherein you will waste a lot of time for get approvals - nothing gets approved without 3-4 calls with 15-20 mins each. If you’re in urgent issue be ready you will have to pay! I feel this is the strategy by this insurance make it as complicated as possible for customers to claim so they will end up paying rather than waiting for the insurance approval.

Very poor service.Approval always gets delayed or rejected.I waited over an hour at the clinic after being told it would take only 20 minutes.Customer service keeps saying there is a system issue with no solution.Extremely disappointing experience.

Not able to proceed beyond registration as it gives error that “ID number not valid”There is no option of using hyphen as in the ID card number as the numeric keypad is the not option to key in the ID number which doesn’t have a hyphen. Either the registration should accept ID number without hyphen or allow user to enter ID number with hyphen.

Do not!! Do not buy this insurance or mednet in general. They will find every excuse to not approve any procedure!! Their so called “doctors” that make such decisions are charlatans that don’t know left from right.
