There is a main issue with signing in application. Every time when close and open the app we have to sign in again and again. Even if there is an option to remember the credentials. Even if we enable the biometrics, same issue.

The app crashes constantly and does not reflect the “user-friendly mobile application” promised on your website. Based on my experience, I suggest not downloading it for now as it hasn’t been properly updated by your developers. FMC Insurance should either improve the app immediately or remove the misleading advertisement claiming a successful launch. This is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

I had a very bad experience with this insurance company. They hardly approve any medications and rarely cover treatments. The process is always delayed with unnecessary complications and constant back-and-forth.Their customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.I would not recommend this insurance provider to anyone.

It asks every time for biometric login and shows enabled, but never uses biometric login. It still asks for the password.It doesn’t show the approval or pre approval records for the dependent family members.
