Worst support ever and never use this network
They just reject without reviewing the case, all reports was provided by the hospital by it was missed by the reviewer so i had to wait for more than 6 hours at the emergency, for just one day admission at the hospital I had to go through hell. Unprofessional team who doesn’t give any care about the patients.
Ironically they are calling me asking how did you get the insurance online or via broker !!! To complete their investigation instead of apologizing on the hell I had been through.
Worrrrrrrrest network ever.
Slow, buggy, and bad design
Very poorly made app… many things wrong with it, but for me the biggest one is the fact that it is impossible to see my covered network from the app….that feature just doesn’t work.
Worst app worst insurance do not purchase
Please please save your hard earn money and do not buy this insurance if Mednet. There app is trash and so are they. Weeks waited for surgery to be approved and they do not care for people. They say they will escalate and or re evaluate for weeks and they do nothing it’s a shame !!
