So unprofessional their AI is ridiculous so many bugs it’s super difficult to deal with as it’s sometimes does not list the items automatically they are refused payment doesn’t go through and customer service is trash I literally sent them 4 Chanel items worth around 5000 usd and their terrible web site automatically cancelled my sales I contacted their customer service no response NEVER AGAIN. They currently have my items and refuse to return and canceled my sale / no way to reach them terrible don’t use these guys sell in stores wayyyy better.
Stay away
Unprofessional service with useless chat. They make it quite complicated for both seller and buyer. Multiple horrible incidents with them with the last one being on chat. Chat is the only way to reach them where they are always unsupportive and can’t help with anything. They block you from chat without a reason while you have some items for sale and the chat tells you we can’t support you and no one else can.
