Xperience support doesn't care
I wrote to the xperience customer service email regarding the issue I was having with the app and they never bothered to answer. The Spin the Wheel game that's supposed to let you win and add more places to your BOGO list doesn't work anymore. It shows you the restaurants but won't let you choose anything. Could be just a tool to fool people.
Some Restaurants Not Honoring Offer
Chilis UAE always refusing to honor the offer for steaks and ribs which is off-course is a main course in their menu. This exclusion is not mentioned any where in the app . We are so disappointed. I am not sure that this exclusion of steaks and ribs are true or restaurants are just making it up only to avoid honoring the offers they agreed with xperience with entertainer
