Yes Rewards by ENOC 4+

The App itself is working but the percentage of points you are getting rewarded is very little (especially for fuel) so you need to fill up your car lots of time to reach reasonable points/reward. Further partners such as TASJEEL do not scan directly. You need to call customer line and send them receipts to add pints to your account. This also is painful as you need to follow up several times. Quite disappointing!

Despite scanning the app at Zoom Store the Rewards are never credited to the account nor Starbucks Cups consumed is added and when you call 800YES they demand proof and insist to scan and email copies of the receipt which defeats the purpose of the app when the world is moving towards paperless, ENOC in a way requires us to have the receipts printed and to retain them due to the unreliability of this app. Even showing them the transactions that reflect on our Bank Statement they do not accept and insist on proof of receipt by showing copy of the store receipts. Utter dishonesty disappointing and feeling scammed after being charged a premium and no rewards credited.

Before the program was launched, I used to fill fuel at any filling station and was not very specific. After the YES rewards program, I specifically make sure that I find an ENOC filling station to fill up my car and earn points. It gives me the satisfaction of having earned something while spending on fuel.
