Zofeur is a one of its kind service app. I used it for the first time yesterday. The whole process was safe, smooth and efficient. The driver reached on time and was well equipped with mask and gloves. Although it was my first time using this app, I did not find any difficulty in the whole process. I am very happy with this service and will use it more often. And surely, i will recommend this app to all my friends and colleagues.

too many calls after booking

there is a problem with operations. Once I book, I receive at least 3 calls from different people. Somebody calls me and says he is on this way, then a minute later somebodyelse calls me and says he is on his way. I literally just booked! Why do these people call me all the time? I see the update on the app, if I need to ask something I can call them anyways. It is very very inconient when I am in a loudy place which is the case most of the time after a night out. I usually don’t want to use it because it is such a hustle and takes my last half an hour away in the party because I have to look at my phone all the time, go to a silent place and answer the calls. If drivers need any info it should be chat only, please somebody look into it and make those calls stop.

CYNICAL APPROACH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

My experience with Zofeur has left me with a bitter taste of disappointment in my mouth.
In New Year’s Eve the only option available for booking a driver was to pay 500 aed to get a driver for 12 hours.
What was the point of this policy if not a simple money grab? Just a cynical exploitation of existing customers. I can’t imagine anyone needed it and actually used a driver for 12 hours and I’m sure Zofeur knew this and instigated the policy anyway.
I’d really like to know how may of these drivers were re-booked that night.
Customer service when asked respond with “the policy was clearly explained and required you to opt in” - as if there was any other option available.
Completely unnecessary and completely cynical.
An honest approach would have been to simply weight the booking rate - double time for example. Even triple time. But for the only option to be charged for 12 hours you were never going to use is pretty galling.
There are plenty of other options out there providing this service, my suggestion is you use any of them before this one. If they think this is an acceptable way to use their customers I would suggest they don’t deserve to have any.
