THE TAPE — 28 series in one strip: every Treasury tenor from 1 month to 30 years, the 2y10y and 10y3m curve spreads, TIPS real yields, credit spreads, and every commodity from gold to natural gas. The loudest moves of the session lead, and the rest of the roster rotates through on the hour so nothing sits unseen. Tap any cell to open that series. SESSION CLOCK — now sits above the tape, where it frames everything under it: which session you are in, how long is left, and a countdown to the next scheduled release. THRESHOLD ALERTS — set your own bar on any indicator and get a push when the day's move clears it. Bars are signed, so you can watch a fall as easily as a rise. Quiet hours hold anything that lands overnight and deliver it as a single morning digest instead of waking you up. THE BRIEF, REDESIGNED — TODAY is now exactly what it says: the weekly and monthly releases that were updated today, and nothing the tape already carries. A quiet day says so rather than padding itself out. Pages are reordered to Recent, Today, Week, Extremes. Plus a lot of tidying underneath: fewer redundant calculations on the Economy tab, shorter numbers where they were unreadable.

Next-print estimates Every scheduled indicator now shows where its next release is likely to land — as a range, not a single number pretending to be certain. You'll find it on indicator pages and next to each date in Upcoming Releases. It's our own estimate built from the recent trend, never a Wall Street consensus, and we say so wherever it appears. What I Own Tell Factor Feed whether you hold stocks, bonds, cash or gold, and every indicator page adds a short line on what its latest print actually means for those things. Hotter inflation reads differently if you own bonds than if you own gold. No amounts, no account linking, no portfolio to maintain — just tick what you hold in Settings, and untick it any time to turn the whole thing off. Since you last looked Indicator cards now tell you what moved while you were away, so opening the app after a few days shows you what you missed instead of making you hunt for it. The Daily Brief, rebuilt The Macro Brief is now a dated morning and evening edition you can come back to, with a new Week page covering what the calendar delivered and what's next. Every page can be shared as an image. Fed balance sheet alerts Get notified when the weekly H.4.1 balance sheet release lands on Thursday afternoons, with its own toggle in Notification settings. Plus a long list of smaller fixes: sharper typography and alignment throughout Editorial mode, better-behaved charts on indicator pages, and several corrections to the Brief.

Don't like the noise? The new Compact mode gives your eyes a break from too much information all at once. Some days you want every number on the screen. Other days you just want the headline. Now that's a setting: Settings → Density → Compact. It quiets the whole app at once — Overview cards keep the headline figure and drop the fine print Tap the Inflation or Labor card to fold both down to a single number, tap to expand Global country cards collapse their four-metric block into one line State cards pare back to net migration and GDP Switch back to Classic anytime and the detail returns exactly as it was.

What's New — v1.1.1 New: Editorial UI A second way to read Factor Feed. Open Settings → UI and switch from Modern to Editorial — it's independent of your Dark/Light choice, so you get four combinations. Editorial is a print-inspired look: ink on warm paper in light, inked black in dark. Cards give way to hairline rules, numbers are set in a serif face, and the palette goes near-monochrome — green and brick-red now mean one thing only: direction of change. Live data, stances, and Pro features are all exactly where they were; just quieter. It runs everywhere — Economy, States, Global, Terminal, the Feed, indicator detail pages, the debt page, and every chart.

Cutting in line is now a feature. Pull-to-refresh got faster without getting sloppy — same fresh data, less waiting around.

Shareable charts and widgets — Terminal charts, the Macro Brief, and more can now be shared as clean, branded images. Screenshotting is so 2023. Your Macro Brief — a new card on the Overview tab that catches you up on what changed since your last visit, so you don't have to pretend you already knew CPI ticked up. Latest Print — always shows the most recently published economic release. No more doing mental math on whether that number is from this month or "recently" recently. Bug fixes and improvements — the boring stuff that makes the fun stuff work.

Tap it, tweak them, get back to your life. One click. Boom. Done. We cleaned up the settings page so it no longer looks like a junk drawer. Everything is consolidated, neat, and actually easy to find. A few rogue bugs were causing weird energy, we cleaned those out.
